If you wish to view the Hall please contact the Hire Secretary (email@example.com) for an appointment and we will be pleased to assist. The Hall letter-box, for postal enquiries, is in the back door, right hand side of the Hall. Please kindly note this is not checked daily.
Bookings are for a 4-hour session – morning, afternoon, evening or any combination if available. Additional hours may be agreed as shown below and subject to availability .

Any hire is subject to acceptance of The Hire Agreement and Conditions of Hire.
Hirings which include music in any form are charged £6 towards the Hall licence to the Performing Rights Society (PRS). Please see Conditions of Hire for further details.
Key Access – please check with the Hire Secretary how to gain access to the building for the hire – note the hall will not normally be opened ready for the hire and the hirer has to obtain a set of keys and open and lock after use the hall themselves. Also if access is required to the hall PA equipment or lighting please note the control cabinets are kept locked and separate key access will be required and, if necessary, instruction on the use of hall equipment.
Cheques are to be made payable to Felpham Memorial Village Hall; alternatively payment may be made on-line using Sort Code 40 12 23 and Account Number 01143719 and use as a reference a combination of your initials and the date the hire will take place – e.g. Tom Albert Smith paying for a booking to take place on 7th January 2021 to use an on-line reference TAS07/01/21. Please ensure your hire is agreed with the Hire Secretary before payment is made.
The maximum opening time of the Hall is 08.00 to 23.45 . Activities for which the Hall is booked may only take place between 09.00am and 23.00. There must be no amplified music before 09.00 or after 23.00 hours. Clearing up time is free of charge at the discretion of the Hire Secretary, depending on the size of the Event. A maximum of 45 minutes can be given for clearing up after an evening event ending at 23.00 hours.
If you wish to sell alcohol, including the sale of tickets for lunches, buffets etc. in which wine or other alcohol is included, the Hirers must first apply to Arun District Council for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). ANY application for a TEN involving the use of Felpham Village Hall premises MUST first be agreed with the Hire Secretary as the Felpham Village Hall premises can host only 12 Temporary Event Notices in any one year.
